Return Policy

In order for your item(s) to be considered for return, please take note of the following: 

  • Please provide an explanation as to why the item(s) are needing to be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns that are not the fault of Seymour Midwest.
  • Any item that is not physically present or deemed to be in good, re-saleable condition, will not receive credit.
  • In some instances, an order of equal or greater value will be required to be placed.

We will also need the following information:

  • Original Web Order Number
  • Seymour Midwest Item number(s)
  • Quantity that is being returned
